$399 per driver + about 5% transaction fee (if using a credit card) or no extra cost (if ACH from your bank account). Your credit card will be charged IMMEDIATELY upon registration and will then be subject to the cancellation policy. Please read the cancellation policy below carefully.

The event is open to all BMW CCA members or associate members, who are at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license. Previous experience is not required - beginners are welcome.
Details
The event will start at noon with a tasty buffet lunch provided at the Performance Center. Following a safety orientation, we'll have fun playing with cars until approximately 4:30pm.
You will need to sign the track liability waiver before you enter the facility. We will email a link to you at least a week before the event to open and sign in advance.
Guests to drive
To ensure that all BMW CCA members have an equal opportunity to register, and to comply with IRS regulations regarding member revenue for social clubs, ALL entries will require a current BMW CCA Primary or Associate membership. Each Primary or Associate member will need to REGISTER THEMSELVES for this event. Members CANNOT register other members. Members also CANNOT sign-up on behalf of guests. Guests will also need to create their own Track Rabbit account and register for this event on their own.
Guests to spectate
This event is for drivers only, no guests are allowed to spectate. Guests will not be allowed near the courses or given ride-alongs. The lunch prepared is based on the headcount for drivers only. There is no accommodation for guests other than being excluded to the BMW Performance Center building. If you are visiting from afar, we request that you find other accommodations for your guests such as leaving them at your hotel or having them explore Palm Springs for the day.
Possible dinner
This year we are considering organizing a group dinner after the event. During registration, please tell us if you'd be interested in joining a group for dinner. We will let you know a few days before the event if we've decided to officially organize something or if folks should make their own plans.
Hotel Accommodations
For folks in Southern California, most just opt to do a day trip to-and-from home in a single day so we don't coordinate any hotels. But if you'd like to do a weekend or travelling out of town, there are plenty of places to go and things to see in the Palm Springs area.
