A motion was made to increase the registration fee from $45.00 to $50.00. The increase would cover costs associated with online registration and provide additional water and soda for participants at no extra charge. The motion passed.

News of Rug Cunningham's sudden passing was announced. In honor of his leadership and support of the BMW community, a motion was made and passed to expend $100 for a floral tribute from the Club. A memorial service is scheduled for Feb. 16.

The online Social Events survey had received 38 responses so far. The most popular events included a Mt. Palomar drive, wine-tasting, Borrego wild flower drive, and Peterson Auto Museum tour.

A motion was made that the Club continue to subsidize tickets for social events at 20%. The motion failed.

A motion was made and passed that the Club consider any subsidy for social events on a case by case basis.

Webmeister's Report:

The Driving School application has been posted on the website's homepage.
