Secretary's Report:

The November minutes were approved without change.

Treasurer’s Report:

We have $21,692 in the checking and $13,611 in the CD. We have roughly $9,700 in checks that have yet to be cashed and that will bring out balance down to about $11,000 in the checking. We need a $10,000 padding for the driving school, but that is 5 months away.

Recap of Recent Events:

The Dyno Day went very well. We had about 35 cars come out. Another dyno day will likely be planned since there was a very strong interest for another one.

The Holiday Party went very well. We had 105 people come out. We spent $1,000 on raffle items and brought in $1,345 from ticket sales. If anyone has any recommendations for future events, please email Dennis Damon.

Newsletter:

There was nothing new to report.

Auto-cross Chair:

Gordon told us that we have been delayed in receiving our dates due to the Chargers doing so well. We most likely won’t get out dates until January.

Driving School:

Andre announced that we finally have a date set for the driving school at Buttonwillow. The date will be mothers day weekend, May 12th-13th. We will not be having an instructors training day on Friday this year.

Old Business:

The new by-laws are being signed tonight. We are officially submitting/filing them.

Steve Johnson reminded us that he will be running for VP of the Pacific Region. Ballots can be found in the January issue of the Roundel.

Webmaster:

There was nothing new to report.

The meeting was adjourned at approximately 6:47 pm and the election started at 7:10pm.
